- Date of Order Placement
- Buyer Name, Address, Contact Details

- Addressed to IsoCann
- Attn: Account Management Department
Product:
- Type of Product (ie CBD Isolate)
- Product Description / Content (ie. CBD 99.5+)
- Special Packaging Instructions (If Any)
Pricing:
- Quantity Per Unit / Total Quantity (ie. Kilograms / 500)
- Cost per Unit / Total Cost (ie. $6,000US / $3,000,000.00US
- Terms of Payment (ie. 100% Escrow / Release Upon Product Test & Acceptance)
Shipping Information:
- Pick up from IsoCann Warehouse or Delivery Destination
- Required Pick up Date / Required Delivery Date
